Supervisors

Supervise counselors and rovers in camper units, coach staff in working with campers. Previous camp counseling experience required.

Supervise program specialists, coordinate and oversee specialized activity areas such as archery, arts & crafts, low ropes challenge, nature, and outdoor living, maintain supplies and equipment. Coordinate camp-wide activity schedules and all-camp events.

Supervise a team of support specialists and kitchen assistants, and coordinate operations for dining hall, dishwashing, camp store, and pack-out food.

Coordinate and lead a leadership development program for CITs and RSITs. Extensive experience with teens and leadership development is required. Driver’s license required.
