Get the best of both worlds! Spend part of your time teaching and leading waterfront activities including canoeing, rowing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and sailing on an open saltwater beach.
Spend other weeks in a counselor role, leading campers enrolled in the specialty boating program, ages 11 to 17, with a focus on canoeing, windsurfing, and sailing. 

Lifeguard certification is required, plus previous experience in one or more of the waterfront activities. Earlier start/ spring employment and paid certification may be available dependent on programming.
